We do not, under any circumstances, allow cameras or cell phones to take pictures or video of the ultrasound machine screen or television screen during the ultrasound session. If you would like to purchase additional photos or videos, please see our Ala Carte menu or feel free to ask prior to the start of your scan.
Lake City Ultrasound and Photography deposits are NON-REFUNABLE. We understand that things do come up and on occasion clients may not be able to attend their scheduled appointment. In this situation, we do ask our clients to please call and give us at least 24 hour notice if you are not going to be unable to attend your appointment and/or need to reschedule. We ask this as a courtesy so our other clients may schedule an appointment in that timeframe. If we do not receive any notice that you will not be attending your scheduled appointment, we will mark you as a “no show.” This means if you are interested in rescheduling your appointment you may do so with a $25.00 fee. This fee is to be paid at the time you reschedule your appointment. If an emergency does come up and you are unable to give a 24 hour notice, please take a moment to call to avoid the additional fee.
As a courtesy to our clients, we offer one return visit free of charge when a scan does not meet reasonable picture and video quality and clarity.
All re-do appointments are offered at the discretion of our staff.
Clients must reschedule their re-do visit within two weeks of their initial visit and must reschedule before leaving their initial visit.
All “no-shows” automatically forfeit their re-do session.
A re-do visit does not guarantee satisfactory ultrasound quality.
